Huevos Del Diablo (Chimmi’s Deviled Eggs)


  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise or whipped salad dressing                                              
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vinegar                                                              
  • 1 tsp mustard                                                             
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp minced onion                                                  
  • 1-2 Tbsp CHIMMI'S HOT SAUZ – or to taste
  • Paprika for garnish                                                                    


Slice eggs in half length-wise, remove yolks and set whites aside.  In a bowl, mash yolks with a fork.  Stir in mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt, onions, and Chimmi’s Hot Sauz to taste.  Pipe egg yolk mixture into the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.  Refrigerate until serving.

**PRO TIP** Double this recipe and keep some for yourself. Chances are you won’t even get a chance to try one before they’re gone!
