Huevos Del Diablo (Chimmi’s Deviled Eggs)
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise or whipped salad dressing
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1-2 Tbsp CHIMMI'S HOT SAUZ – or to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Slice eggs in half length-wise, remove yolks and set whites aside. In a bowl, mash yolks with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt, onions, and Chimmi’s Hot Sauz to taste. Pipe egg yolk mixture into the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until serving.
