• 3 ripe avocados – peeled, pitted and mashed                      
  • juice of 1 lime                                                            
  • 1 tsp salt                                                         
  • ½ cup diced red onion                                               
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 diced plum tomatoes (optional)                             
  • 1 tsp minced garlic                                                    
  • 1-2 Tbsp CHIMMI'S HOT SAUZ – or to taste


Mash avocados with lime juice and salt in a medium bowl. Stir in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Add Chimmi’s Hot Sauz to taste. Serve immediately, or for best results cover and refrigerate for one hour prior to serving.
